1. Cats
i. Lucky (killed battling a coyote)
ii. Mr. Kitzel (named after yiddish theater star; not killed in epic coyote battle because he climbed a tree, which was notable since I'd never seen him climb, well, anything)
iii. Sandino (roommate named him)
iv. Captain Hook (had only three paws, not three arms, paws; used to run around with pawless arm extended like a lance)
2. Dogs
i. Cecelia (a killer german shepheard named by mom after the Paul Simon song; afraid like all of us of Lucky)
ii. James (Cecelia's child)
iii. Caan (Cecelia's other child)
They were both terrors, like all puppies. Caan's claim to fame was that he was claimed by Barney Miller actor Maxwell Gail (wojo).
What song or lyrics are stuck in your head at the moment? What album is it from?

Why, http://www.vox.com but of course...
...Said Spike Lee's character in the legendary TV commercial. Now Stephon Marbury albeit after a woeful season with doubly-woeful Knicks has released shoes that were designed by the same "Money" designers but retails $14.98.
Marbury entered my consciousness in the book by Darcy Frey, "The Last Shot", in which Marbury arrives at the Coney Island court to dominate and dunk, and he arrived on a Big Wheel.
So where have been (my beloved) MJ and (my more beloved) Magic? I recall black and white news footage of sixties-era Jim Brown, Kareem, Bill Russell, and Muhammed Ali holding a press conference in solidarity of the Civil Rights Movement.
It's unfair to compare the latter list to former in this case, but I remember the stories of kids getting beaten (or worse) for their MJ shoes.
To quote every news report every aired, "How will this end? Time will tell..."
[I was thinking of the Who song. I had no idea how pretenscious that came out -- mm]
Who's your favorite movie villain?
In the interest's of knowing that one of my Friends will agree: Alan Richtman in "Die Hard" my backup is Alan Alda in "Crimes and Misdemeaners".
